Is this a time share offer?
Absolutely not! The condo shown on this website is privately owned.
What is required to make a reservation?
First check our availability calendar to make sure the dates you are looking for are available. Then just E-mail us and we will give you a total price, including all taxes and no hidden fee's.If you choose to reserve, you can then either call us or use our "secure" reservation page . It’s EASY
When do we pay?
When you book, you will need to pay a deposit (see details at the rates page), with the balance payable 60 days before your arrival date. You can make the payment with a major credit card. We accept M/C, Visa and American Express..
When is a check-in & check-out time?
Your condo will be available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Your check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. .
What about security?
Windsor Hills Resort is a secure community with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7.
How close is Windsor Hills to the Disney Theme Parks?
We're one of the closest! It is only about 2 miles from Disney and takes only 5 minutes or less to get there.
Is there shopping and restaurants nearby?
Yes, Rte. 192 (which is only a short distance from Windsor Hills) has several major grocery stores, many restaurants in all prices ranges, along with numerous variety stores, and souvenir shops.
Is there transportation to the parks?
Transportation is available to most Theme Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an additional charge). The time table, which changes monthly, is displayed inside the Windsor Hills on-site sundry shop.
Are your kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, our condos have a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. We however cannot supply any food or condiments . Please be prepared to purchase any items such as paper towels, dishwasher detergent , laundry soap and trash bags..
Is there a phone in the condo?
Yes- all local calls are free. We also have High speed wireless internet at no charge...
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample linen and towels are provided in our condos.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the condo.
Is the condo cleaned daily?
No, our condos are cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. There is no cleaning charge unless you stay less than 6 nights. For guest staying longer periods, a mid-stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.
Is the condo non smoking?
Yes, Smoking is not permitted inside the condo
Do you allow pets in your condo?
No, we do not allow pets in our condos.
Where do we check in?
Check in is done at our property management co. which is located a short distance from Windsor Hills. Check in is available 24 hours / 7 days a week. After your reservation is complete, we will notify you with all the details of your check in procedure.
What if something is not working at our condo?
Our property management company keeps our condo in tip top condition, but if a problem does arise you can call them with phone numbers you will be provided with at time of check in.
How many people can stay in our condo?
Our condos are properly licensed. Florida State license dictates how many people can stay in our condos. Our 3 bedroom condo can only have a maximum of 8 guests.
Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge.
