1. Rates
All rates are per day and include your entire party. Reservations are not
confirmed until a rental agreement has been signed and returned. Agreement "must" be returned to our office within 14 days .
2. Rental Period and Occupancy
Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am
or earlier on departure date.
The property has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Under Florida law it is
necessary that all occupants (including ages) are listed on the lease
agreement and only those persons listed will have use of the home and
the facilities at the resort. Also, on occasion, it may be necessary for a
representative of our management company to enter the premises in
order to perform maintenance or repairs.
3. Rental Payment and Cancellations
Full payment for rental must be made no later than 60 days prior to
arrival date. Reservations for a date within 60 days must be paid in full
at the time the reservation is made. For cancellations. The following fee's apply.

More than 60 days prior to arrival date – 0%

Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date -20%

Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date - 40%

Less than 15 days prior to arrival date - 60%
4. Security Deposit
At the time of check in a $250.00 security deposit ,at our property management company will be required. This is fully "refundable" providing no theft or damage to the premises has occured.
5. Payment Methods
Credit cards- M/C, Visa, American Express
6. Liability Limitations
The owners or their agents accept no responsibility or liability for death,
personal injury, accidents, or the loss or damage of personal property.
The use of all accommodations and the amenities of the Windsor Hills
Resort is entirely at the guests' own risk.
7. Code of Conduct
Guests are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Windsor
Hills when staying in the community.
8. Pets / Smoking
Absolutely “NO” pets or smoking are allowed in condo
